CMA CGM Group has decided to structure and strengthen its R&D approach by creating a Center of Excellence dedicated to Innovation and Research. The center will increase the company's capacity for technological and scientific innovation necessary to meet its strategic objectives (decarbonization, digitalization…), while generating profitability and ensure a high visibility on the Group's commitment to industry's energy transition. It will rely on strategic industrial and academic partners experts in the maritime industry (laboratories, companies, startups, shipyards, etc.).

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA), you will lead the optimization of recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and drive the use of data, automation, AI, and analytics. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the future of talent acquisition through innovative practices, deploying cutting-edge technology, and utilizing data insights to inform recruitment decisions and strategies.

What Are You Going to do?

Project Management:

Manage key talent acquisition data & digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and meet business objectives. Craft impactful presentations that simplify complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive informed decision-making.

Data Collection and Management:

  • Gather and maintain data from various recruitment sources including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), surveys, and external job boards.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and cleaning.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality, and diversity metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with recruitment team members to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and hiring managers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive projects with HRIS/HR Monitoring and other HR stakeholders to ensure impactful project implementation.

Process Improvement :

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the recruitment process through data analysis.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies and tools to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: conduct market research to benchmark recruitment metrics against industry standards and competitors.
  • Provide insights on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

AI Recruitment Trends and Implementation:

  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies in recruitment.
  • Evaluate AI-based recruitment tools such as resume screening algorithms, chatbots, and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to automate various stages of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to engagement and assessment.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of AI tools and continuously refine strategies to maximize their impact while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within the recruitment or HR domain.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with AI tools in recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both wri tten and verbal.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Understanding of AI technologies in recruitment processes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
