Microsoft Exchange Consultant (m/f/d) / Messaging Expert (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

• Providing technical and specialist advice to our business customers in the area of Microsoft Exchange (onPremises and Exchange Online)
• The design, implementation, operation and migration of complex Exchange infrastructures
• Collaboration, planning and management of projects
• The administration, monitoring and development of solutions as well as enrichment with third-party tools (or third-party services)

Your profile

• You have successfully completed an IT degree / training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable IT training
• You have relevant and sound consulting experience in the IT industry and enjoy realizing projects in close cooperation with the customer
• With your specialist knowledge, you quickly find your way around complex tasks and always work out the optimal solution for the customer - you proceed systematically and in a structured manner
• Your qualities include a strong sense of service, commitment and enthusiasm
• The ability to work in a team, motivation, commitment and a communicative nature are part of your personality
• You have a class B driving license
• We require you to be fluent in written and spoken German

Your experience

You have many years of in-depth experience in the field of:

• Microsoft Exchange onPremises and Exchange Online

In addition, you ideally feel confident in the following areas:

• Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• Microsoft Security & Compliance Services
• Data protection concepts for Microsoft Cloud solutions
• Microsoft 365 rollouts and training
• Hybrid scenarios with Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Teams & Telephony, Identity & Access
