Description
Depuis plusieurs années, la MAIF accentue l’importance du métier de développeur et renforce ses équipes avec des développeuses et des développeurs backend, frontend et fullstack Java/JavaScript.
Nous avons créé la Guilde Développement MAIF, qui constitue un collectif tourné vers le partage, l'entraide et un objectif commun : être un espace d’échange, de partage de connaissance pour faire vivre et progresser le métier de développeur.
Rattaché(e) et à la Direction des Systèmes d'Information et intégré(e) dans un de nos collectifs agiles, organisés en tribus et squads (équipes pluri-disciplinaires constituées de Product Owner, Business Analyst, Dev, Testeurs…), tu seras amené(e), en tant que développeuse ou développeur, à travailler de bout en bout sur nos applications :
Concevoir et développer les solutions, et contribuer à leur mise en production
Participer à la réécriture de nos patrimoines applicatifs
Assurer la qualité du code et utiliser les outils d’intégration continue, de monitoring et d’observabilité
Apporter tes compétences et ta personnalité aux collectifs
Faire de la veille et du partage de connaissances
Contribuer à la culture DevOps et Cloud
Tu es curieuse/curieux, tu bénéficies, en outre, d'un savoir-être te permettant de te concentrer sur le besoin de l'utilisateur et sur les meilleures solutions à lui apporter.

Profil / Qualifications
Qualifications
Tu as au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’applications, et des compétences solides en développement Java et/ou Javascript.
Que tu sois plus backend ou plus frontend, tu es prêt(e) à étendre tes connaissances, au fil du temps.
Tu es sensible à la qualité du code et tu es pragmatique.
Tu es proactif/proactive, et tu aimes prendre des initiatives, proposer des améliorations.
Tu sais faire preuve d’écoute, tu accordes de l’importance aux échanges, et tu as le sens du service.
Tu aimes travailler dans un environnement complexe et prendre part à la transformation.
Notre stack technique
Backend : Java 11+, Spring boot (Data, Security, Batch), PostgreSQL, Maven, Junit, Cucumber, Kafka, ElasticSearch. Nous avons aussi du Legacy (Java 8 / J2EE / Spring Core) et nous améliorons nos compétences dans d’autres langages (Scala, Kotlin, Python, Go).
