Role Overview:
Within the Product team, your mission will be to participate in the development of Unlimitail's analytics capabilities. Your environment will be millions of transactional data coming from major retailers on the market to analyze and improve the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns.
As we work with both retailers (providing media inventory) and brands (buying media inventory), you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the retail media ecosystem.
You will work with different teams (Ad Operations, Marketing, Sales) in different countries and on a wide variety of topics. You will act as an ambassador within the organization for data-driven approaches.
Your Mission:
- Manage and assist a team of junior data analysts.
- Help defining the roadmap and strategy of Unlimitail's data analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Pilot ad hoc data analysis projects with our clients, both retailers, agencies, and brands.
- Ensure the creation and development of cross-functional dashboards and assist in the analysis of marketing performance.
- Propose and carry out innovative analyses, in particular by taking advantage of newly available data and/or in-house projects
- Manage and/or contribute to the evolution of marketing performance, testing new approaches/tools (IA, MMM, omnichannel attribution tools, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in data Analyst, business analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
- You have 4+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in the media / retail media or digital marketing landscape
- You have a first experience in managing junior data analysts
- Programming Languages: Python and SQL mandatory, any other is a plus
- Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and extract actionable insights. You are able to think about questions which have never been raised before. You are creative.
- Data Visualization: previous experience in creating interactive and insightful visualizations, using tools like Power BI or Looker
- Knowledge of GCP environment and DBT
- Problem-solving: Adept in approaching analytical problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to be a storyteller and understand what the numbers mean for the business
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good communications skills in English. Another language (Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
