Notre équipe RH à travers ses différentes pôles (dev RH, formation, admin, recrutement) accompagne les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs activités au day to day. Un pôle stratégique qui grandit et évolue en même temps qu’ekino.


Dans ce contexte de croissance notre équipe recherche son/sa future Head of Talent Acquisition , une ouverture de poste qui permettra de poursuivre l’évolution de l’équipe RH.

En tant que Head of Talent Acquisition vous gérez l’ensemble de la stratégie recrutement France.

  • En manageant une équipe de 10 personnes (interne et RPO)
  • En mettant en place une stratégie de recrutement innovante en lien avec les besoins identifiés
  • En vous appuyant sur des techniques de Marketing RH afin de développer et piloter la marque employeur ekino (interne et externe). Notre service communication vous accompagnera sur ce sujet.
  • En poussant notre recrutement au niveau supérieur
  • En travaillant main dans la main avec les managers et associé.es
  • En étant adepte des reportings et kpi (qui ont du sens)
  • Enfin vous êtes le/la garant.e de l’expérience candidat au sein de l’équipe recrutement

Un peu de contexte :

  • Vous pilotez de manière totalement autonome votre sujet et êtes l’interlocuteur.rice privilégié.e des responsables/ directeurs.trices de pôles,
  • Une équipe de chargés de recrutement à gérer et à faire grandir (recrutements à prévoir),
  • Gestion et choix des outils de recrutement,
  • Un budget recrutement à gérer en adéquation avec les objectifs de la société,
  • La gestion opérationnelle de certains recrutements senior et l’ensemble des recrutements des fonctions supports est à prévoir
  • Une passation aux petits oignons avec la personne qui gère ce sujet.


Ce poste nécessite une grande capacité à travailler en équipe car aujourd’hui c’est une activité qui est connectée à l’ensemble des métiers d’ekino.

  • Une personne qui aime vraiment le recrutement et qui a envie de mettre en place des choses
  • La bienveillance et la culture du feedback sont essentielles pour vous
  • Minimum 7 ans d’expérience (rien n’est figé sur ce sujet)
  • A déjà managé une équipe
  • Une bonne culture Tech/ Digital
