We have built a strong CRM proposition adapted to the Asset & Wealth Management industry covering the full lifecycle (strategy, design, configuration / development, change management, data migration, etc.) and have led more than 100 CRM projects (most of them on Salesforce). In Europe, to name a few credentials, we have supported AXA IM, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, BNP Paribas AM, Natixis IM, ABN AMRO Investment Solutions etc. in various Salesforce initiatives.

Based in France, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset and Wealth Management.
We are looking after a Manager that will be part of our European Client & Digital practice (part of a wider Global practice) and who will play a key role in the development of our value proposition in Europe.
Delivering interesting assignments in an international environment (international assignments and teams, possibility of exchanges with other offices of the group)
Developing know-how recognised by the major players in the financial industry and participation in the growth of the leader in Asset Management consulting
You will also participate in the development of the Client & Digital practice, business management areas (e.g.: Marketing or Recruitment), development of existing/ new propositions or services and commercial development.
Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes, data analysis and/or Digital Transformation in some of the following areas: Distribution technology, CRM such as Salesforce or Dynamics, Reporting, Marketing automation, Client Portal etc.
Interest to learn more and become an expert on these areas
An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market in Fund distribution, Client relationship and distribution-related topics
First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office
This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives
Stakeholder management and influencing skills - with both clients, colleagues and junior team members
Fluency in French and English is required
