Our team is seeking a talented IT support Engineer to join our dynamic worldwide team. As a vital part of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues. Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Manage office IT equipment, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
Prior experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.
Travel to other office locations within Europe will be required in this role.
Must be proficient in English, proficient in French also is a plus.
