Supervisor, Sales Order Processing

PURPOSEAs lead of the SOP team, you will have a high visibility position that requires strong cross-functional team leadership skills, and you must be able to seamlessly communicate with different stakeholders distributed internationally. To succeed, one must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills and good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach, carrying the company’s vision and recognizing the success of its team to promote engagement.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage and support the Order Processing Team, ensuring compliance and high-value customer focused approachActively execute order entry, intercompany purchase ordering, invoice generation, import and export credit collection, using the existing company ERP system, Manage the reporting of sales and orders, visual management and KPI’sSupervise of monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with the Finance departmentHandle order-related questions/concerns/escalation/order changesEnsure proactive actions and full support on credit collection activitiesManage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish SOP department’s goals Help BU Sales when needed Develop positive working relationships with all team members Handle issues in the best interest of the customer and companyQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS5+ years’ experience in order management positions; having worked in a multinational environmentPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to organize activities, handle defined deadlines and work under pressureAbility to work independently and to prioritize tasksFlexible and able to support all the stakeholdersKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good Computer skillsKnowledge of ERP systems and ability to manage a consistent flow of @mails on a daily basisFluent in French and English both written and spoken
