What we offer:

The Linde MH International Key Accounts department (IKA) is looking for an International Key Account Regional Business Development Manager .

The International Key Account Regional Business Development Manager will develop mutually beneficial relationships and will ensure an effective communication and collaboration between the IKA team and Regions.

You will work closely with the IKA team and colleagues from the Regions to identify key growth areas and maximise opportunities for IKA customers and prospects present in the Regions.

Your core responsibilities are :

Develop, execute and regularly review Regional Profitable Growth Plans in order to deliver sales growth by : Ensuring appropriate organizational set up (regional and country level) for efficient management of key account customers Identifying key growth areas for focus customers and facilitating planned growth Providing support, training and assistance to responsible colleagues at regional and country level in the positioning of Linde to targeted IKA customers through effective use of the IKA tools and processes as well as central knowledge database and resources Represent IKA and deliver IKA proposition at important customer meetings Support and facilitate the implementation of individual IKA Customer Development Plans in order to achieve agreed targets Ensure efficient and transparent management of International Key Account customers by : Identifying and managing responsibilities on central and regional/national level Communicating regarding valid frame agreements and respective conditions Ensuring implementation of IKA framework conditions on regional and country level Provide region-specific reports and forecasting related to International Key Account customers Conduct regular meetings with Regional and Country Management to : Review performance progress against overall plan Ensure IKA strategy and activities are communicated Understand needs and challenges of IKA business on regional and country level Actively support the quotation process for dedicated customers by providing relevant data and managing the communication flow Support and facilitate sharing of best practices related to IKA customer management.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This position reports to the head office at Elancourt in France but you can be located anywhere. You have about 40/60% of travels mostly in Europe. You have a solid experience in a business-to-business sales environment, and you have a good communication and negotiation skills. You like working in a team and you are collaborative. You are fluent in English, both verbally and written and other foreign languages, ideally French and/or German, are an advantage, but not a must.
