Information Supervisor

The Information/Communication department is looking for an Information Supervisor to join its team.

The role encompasses:

• Supervising a growing team of individuals who deliver content, editing, graphic design, information platforms for both HBS brands and our clients, to ensure timely delivery as well as the branding guideline adherence
• Project Managing bids or clients’ documentation by ensuring all relevant parties are delivering their contribution on time
• Assisting the External Communication team to create content for their campaigns
• Working closely with our Producer to ensure brand is aligned through all the deliverables
• Liaising with our archive representative to ensure documentation is saved and made available in the correct location
• Support business development efforts
• Oversee production of templates (any documentation required internally and externally)
• Liaising with providers to brief them and ensure delivery

Skills required:

• English Professional
• Knowledge of Powerpoint and online workspace (sharepoint)
• Soft skills: Strong operational capacities, demonstrated managerial spirit, thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of UX/UI would be appreciated
