Since Alma's creation in 2018, its growth has been exponential: every month, hundreds of new merchants adopt our solutions and thousands of new customers use Alma for the first time.As of today, Alma works with 16300+ merchants across 10 different European countries, and the acquisition of new Mid-Market accounts in the international markets is one of our pivotal focuses. About the missionAs an Account Executive Mid Market working for the Belgium market, your main responsibilities include:Managing the entire sales cycle (for both Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between 10M-250M) from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature, and primarily engaging with C-Level ExecutivesRepresenting Alma at trade shows and conferences in BENELUX and EuropeContributing to the optimisation of internal processes to support Alma's scalabilityOptimising Alma take rate of activated merchantsOrganising and tracking sales activities via CRMAbout you You will be a good fit for the role if you have:Experience: you have between 1 and 4 years of relevant experiences in similar functions (internships & apprenticeships excluded) and selling B2B software solutionsLanguage: fluency in Dutch and English is mandatoryExcellent communication skillsCommercial skills: you are at ease in managing the entire sales cycle, in negotiation & closing discussionsStrong organisational and structured approach to understand the complexities of retailers’ needs and a high level of accountability and methodical progression to ensure follow-ups with prospects until closureYour skillsSales & livelyStrong analytical mindsetAutonomous, curious and proactiveAt ease in a very fast-paced environmentWell organised and structuredWhat would make you stand out from the crowd?You have experience(s) in the Payment / BNPL / E-commerce industry You are proficient in using tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Modjo for efficient lead management and outreachAbout the recruitment processPhone interview with Recruiter (30 mins)Remote interview with Hiring manager (60 mins)Remote / On-site Business case study presentation (60 mins)On-site Final interviews with VP Sales (30 mins) & the team (30 mins)Reference CheckAdditional InformationContract Type:Full-TimeLocation:ParisPossible partial remote
