With 30 billion of alternative investments under management and a team of seasoned investment professionals committed to proactive ESG and strict risk management criteria, AXA IM Prime is committed to transparency and reliability. The company manages 5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years and has 70+ employees across three offices. DISCOVER your opportunity You will ensure the smooth execution of the operations linked to the financial management of alternative funds. The responsibilities of the role can be categorized into six areas: - Set-up of the funds- Financial management activities- Portfolio monitoring- Investor relationship- Governance- Transformation projectsYou will be responsible for the set-up of the new fund or compartment, liaising with third-party service providers, coordinating KYC and AML requests, and leading the approval processes. In addition, you will manage the capital calls and distributions to their Limited Partners, steer the liquidity of the fund, monitor the cash of the funds, and manage the transfer of investments.Furthermore, you will track and analyze the fund's performance and risk indicators, ensure that the fund's ALM is well managed, coordinate investor requests, produce investor reports, contribute to board meetings and internal committees, and maintain process documentation. You will also actively participate in transformation projects.Votre ProfilSHARE your unique expertiseQualifications and Experience- A university degree in engineering or a related field is required- Prior experience in operational fund management, particularly in private assets, is highly desirable- Thorough understanding of private assets- Familiarity with the regulatory environment of asset management- A keen eye for detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Proficient in VBA programmingWe are looking for someone who is not only qualified but also passionate about the field of private assets.
