Role Overview:  
Step into a pivotal role as a Technical Account Manager at Kamino Retail, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance our dynamic team. You'll provide high-quality technical solutions, build strong client relationships, and play a crucial role in achieving our objectives.
‍Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
Ensure successful implementation of technical solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and an exceptional experience.
Provide top-tier technical support to clients, resolving issues and addressing inquiries efficiently and timely.
Act as a crucial liaison between internal technical teams and clients, ensuring transparent communication and client satisfaction.
Actively participate in identifying product improvement opportunities and conveying customer feedback to the development team.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of technologies related to retail media and a passion for technical solutions.
Prior experience in a similar technical solution management role, preferably within the retail media industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and provide optimal solutions.
Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of programming languages and project management is a plus.
