Cette start-up est spécialisée dans l'automatisation grâce à l'IA d'appels d'offres B2B. Elle permet de simplifier la recherche et l'analyse d'informations. En automatisant ces tâches fastidieuses, elle aide ses clients à gagner du temps et à anticiper les besoins du marché, contribuant ainsi à des stratégies de développement plus efficaces.

Les missions :

  • Manager une équipe de 5 à 7 personnes
  • Avoir déjà scale une équipe tech : recrutement, process, bonnes pratiques
  • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles features
  • Créer une roadmap tech et produit et fixer les objectifs de l’équipe
  • Animer, gérer et accompagner l’équipe au quotidien (OKR, 1:1, veille..)
  • Recruter, onboarder et faire évoluer les équipes en interne

Vous êtes la bonne personne si :

  • Vous avez un diplôme d'une école d'ingénieur
  • Vous avez une expertise forte en Python / AWS
  • Une expertise en Data Science (NLP, LLM) est un plus
  • Vous êtes encore hands-on et comprenez les problématiques techs actuelles
  • Vous avez déjà occupé un rôle de manager (people et technique)
  • Vous avez déjà managé des équipes de 5 personnes ou plus
