Thanks to the power and leadership of Salesforce, you can understand all the issues related to customer relations (CX, UX and UI and content) and get certified on all Clouds .
Based in Geneva , we have the ambition to grow rapidly. For this, we have the support of an international group (FR, Bel, Lux, Esp, Chi) and we share our expertise and our premises with 2 of its entities : CROSS and WIDE . Another major asset for pooling skills and multiplying opportunities .
As part of the strengthening of our activities, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant
Job Description:
- Propose and design technical solutions for customer interactions via web, email, mobile and other channels
- Advise on strategies for multichannel activities including personalization, advanced segmentation, 360 customer journeys
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes
- Develop site maps (Javascript) and templates (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Document system architecture
- Test and release developments
Qualifications:
- Past experience working with a Personalization tool: ideally but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), ie. Adobe Target or any other similar tool.
- Knowledge or strong interest in data science and infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills (SQL encouraged)
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem is a plus (Sales/Service/Marketing and other clouds)
- Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations is an advantage
- Fluent English and French
