You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of essential materials (knowledge base, learning & enablement processes and training content, etc.), ensuring their seamless adoption by the team. Your focus will encompass onboarding, learning, development, and the professional growth of all team members.As a Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will: Mission: Empower our Sales Team to master sales methodology and develop essential soft skills. Partnering with Sales Leaders, you will build a library of excellence that serves as a valuable resource for global sales processes and use cases.Learning programs:Create tailored learning programs for our Sales Team, including Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, and Account Executives.Monitor and assess the impact of the learning programs through performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue growth.Product Launch Enablement:Play a pivotal role in supporting product launches in collaboration with the PMMs by equipping the sales force with in-depth knowledge and effective sales strategies.Training Creation and Deployment:Develop training materials that enable our sales team to understand and effectively communicate the value of our solutions and our positioning against competitors.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials align with industry best practices and evolving market trends.Build a Library of Excellence:Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to curate a comprehensive library of resources that enables mastery of sales methodology.Develop relevant soft skill training (async. or in person) to enhance the team's interpersonal effectiveness.Communication Facilitation:Implement strategies to enhance knowledge sharing and facilitate seamless information flow.Measure the impact of improved communication on sales team cohesion and cross-functional collaboration.What will contribute to your success: 4 to 5+ years of experience. Experience in Sales Enablement or a similar role and a background in Sales or business.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficient in content development and training program development.Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams and personalities.Sound understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.Excellent command of English and French, with proven experience in a multicultural environment.Notions of instructional design (ADDIE model, adult learning theories, Bloom’s taxonomy, etc.) are a plusKnowledge of the North American market is a plusKnowledge of the following tools is also a plus: Rise Up, Notion, Salesforce, Canva.What we offer : A unique opportunity to join an international and collaborative scale-up environment in a hyper-growth context.Brevo offers an Ownership Plan, which is inspired by ESOP or stock programs.
