Group Manager Aftermarket Technology for Light Commercial Vehicles

Your future teamThe team will be created when you will start in this position. It will be formed by skilled engineers coming from 4 different teams within Aftermarket Technology in Lyon. You will have the opportunity to build the team, create its spirit, define the ways of working and establish the relationship with stakeholders. The group will deliver the aftermarket tools and documentation for Renault Trucks Light Commercial vehicle range. It consists of data for uptime services, diagnostics tools, spare parts breakdown and catalogue, service and repair methods including standard repair time. You will be part of the Aftermarket Technology Lyon leadership team and report to the Director.What you will doYou will prepare strategies and roadmaps for the aftermarket support of Renault Trucks Light Commercial Vehicle range synchronized with the Aftermarket Technology organization, the IT department and Renault Trucks headquarter. You will manage the team and secure its deliveries on time, on budget and at the expected quality level with an end-to-end perspective and the customer in mind. This will be done with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset. You will develop the team and each contributor competence. You will establish and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and partners to foster an effective collaboration and communication.Who are you ? You are confident and believe in you own ability to influence positive outcomes.You are holding a Master of Science in Engineering, have a minimum of 5 years’ practice in automotive product development and 3 years’ experience in line management.
