We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Manager to lead our Aftermarket Technology team for Light Commercial Vehicles. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of skilled engineers to deliver aftermarket tools and documentation for Renault Trucks Light Commercial vehicle range
- Manage the team's deliveries on time, on budget, and at the expected quality level
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to foster effective collaboration and communication
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve customer experience and drive business growth
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive product development and 3 years' experience in line management
- Knowledge of the service market business and aftermarket technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
