Présentation des missions

En tant qu'Electrical Test Engineer, vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement d’un dispositif médical. Ce rôle implique l’identification et la mise en œuvre des solutions techniques à partir du cahier des charges défini par l’équipe qualité, en utilisant des ressources allouées au projet.

Vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Analyse et organisation du cahier des charges pour identifier les solutions techniques
  • Conception des prototypes et des protocoles de test pour évaluer les performances des solutions techniques par rapport au cahier des charges
  • Analyse des tests afin de vérifier et valider le cahier des charges
  • Rédaction d’un rapport d'activités pour documenter les résultats et les conclusions.

Responsabilités et actions clés :

  • Identification et validation de solutions techniques conformes aux exigences spécifiées dans les projets critiques
  • Respect des échéances fixées pour chaque étape du projet
  • Suivi de la documentation qualité tout au long du processus de développement
  • Référent technique pour les stagiaires, techniciens et ingénieurs juniors, en leur fournissant orientation et soutien.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master minimum (si possible en ingénierie mécanique ou ingénierie biomédicale).
  • Vous possédez entre 5 et 8 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux ou dans des environnements variés et exigeants (haute qualité de production) tels que l’aéronautique, l’aérospatiale, l’automobile ou d’autres industries mécaniques réglementées
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais écrit est indispensable pour ce poste (environnement international).

Connaissances spécifiques

  • Microsoft Office Suite et Project, logiciel de CAO (Solidworks de préférence), logiciel d’analyse numérique (FEA), langage d’analyse de résultats (Python, Matlab, R, …).

Compétences techniques

  • Identification des causes d’un problème en utilisant des outils adaptés d’analyse de défaillance et proposition d’une organisation d’activité pour sa résolution
  • Rédaction et révision des protocoles de test et des rapports d’analyses en conformité avec la documentation qualité
  • Mise en place d’un cahier des charges en utilisant les outils adaptés.
