Information Technology Project Management

You will be working in the Information Systems Department of the ODDO BHF Group, reporting to the Head Of IT in charge to support the entire information system for Private Wealth Management, Independent Financial Advisors and Marketing (France and Germany).
More specifically, you will be the liaison between the IT Teams and the IFA business and you will work closely to the digital teams and their responsible.
This position combining communication, coordination, reporting and documentation in an international context.
Business expertise and market knowledge : A strong expertise regarding the Independent Financial Advisor business is mandatory and also the ability to benchmark the competitors in order to generate continuous improvement.
Acting as the central communication hub for the IFA business, disseminating information, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed
Understanding the stakes of IFA business is crucial to effectively manage communication, coordination, and decision-making processes. The Business Partner is responsible for identifying potential risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
Managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business, IT team members, top management, and external partners, to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Protecting the reputation and credibility of the IT department by ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in all project-related activities.
It is the "driver" of ODDO BHF, a European, family-owned and independent financial group.

By recognizing and addressing these various stakes above, the IFA Business Partner can effectively navigate complexities, mitigate conflicts, and help to drive the project towards successful outcomes.
This remuneration is composed by a fix salary, bonus subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year, and profit-sharing.
While this IFA Business Partner may not have formal authority, he need to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration toward common goals.
Clear and effective communication is at the core of the IFA Business Partner's role. They need to convey information accurately, listen actively, and facilitate communication between IT and IFA business.
Empathy and Emotional Intelligence : IFA Business Partner often deal with people in stressful or challenging situations. Adaptability : IFA Business Partner must adapt to changing circumstances, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust their approach to meet evolving needs.
Language : native French and English is required
Business data analysis : identify business trends and make informed decisions
