| YOUR CHALLENGES?


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management and Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful integration of HV (High-Voltage) systems and the documentation of key project components.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Digital Mock-Up (DMU) loops to confirm the correct integration of High Voltage (HV) systems.
  • Prepare and release HV and LV Architecture diagrams for the electrification perimeter.
  • Release Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) including Part Number (P/N), Total Cost of Acquisition (TCAE), and Critical Item Development (CID) specifications.
  • Develop and release In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and WorkManager specifications.
  • Monitor and track the progress of the project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage the open point list and track the action plan to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Regularly update the workload file with accurate and current project information.
  • Collaborate with the project leader to facilitate platform and quality reviews, providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and documentation within the automotive or electrification industry.
  • Familiarity with Digital Mock-Up (DMU) processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of High Voltage (HV) systems and architecture.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
