L’équipe accompagne ses clients dans leurs opérations de cessions / acquisitions, de levées de fonds (fonds propres et dettes) et de structuration financière dans les secteurs de la Transition, de la Mobilité et du Digital.L’équipe en croissance est actuellement mandatée sur des sujets aussi divers que le carbon capture storage (CCS), la recharge de véhicules électriques, les data centers, la génération d’électricité solaire, etc.En tant que Manager / Senior Manager, vous contribuerez à l’origination et à l’exécution de mandats en M&A / Debt Advisory. Vos principales responsabilités incluront de :Leader / co-leader des mandats dans les secteurs de la Transition, de la Mobilité et du DigitalElaborer des pitchbooks, présentations client et analyses préliminaires d’opportunités incluant des analyses ad-hoc (analyses de marchés, économiques, etc.)Elaborer des teasers, mémorandums d’information à l’attention d’investisseurs / prêteurs potentiels (en particulier fonds, banques, institutionnels)Superviser la réalisation de modèles financiers (dont analyses de sensibilité) pour l’évaluation de stratégies d’offres, de scénarios de financement, etc.Leader / co-leader et gérer des processus de due diligence clients, revoir des rapports respectifs et coordonner des due diligences investisseurs / prêteursNégocier des term sheets et des documents de financementNégocier des SPA, des SHA, etc. et contribuer aux processus de closing.Vous grandissez au sein d’une équipe où se mêlent pluridisciplinarité, expertise pointue, esprit d'entreprendre et forte cohésion. Tout au long de votre expérience vous développez et renforcez un set de compétences grâce aux programmes de formations proposés.
