ENTER THE GAME

En tant que Directeur/trice des Affaires Publiques, et directement rattaché au CEO de BETCLIC, tu es responsable de promouvoir les intérêts de Betclic et de ses joueurs auprès des législateurs, régulateurs et parties prenantes non gouvernementales.Tu joues un rôle clé dans la construction d’excellentes relations avec les décideurs politiques, l’élaboration des recommandations stratégiques sur les enjeux de politiques publiques et de positionnement de l’entreprise ainsi que l’identification des risques et opportunités.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Dans ce cadre, tes missions sont les suivantes:

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies d’influence nationales et internationales afin d’orienter les décisions politiques liées à l'industrie des jeux d'argent.
  • Identifier les priorités politiques et réglementaires de l’entreprises, les parties prenantes clés, construire et porter les positions de BETCLIC (autorités de régulation, gouvernements, parlements, administrations, associations) en lien avec la stratégie businessde notre société.
  • Représenter l’entreprise auprès des parties prenantes et des associations professionnelles.
  • Identifier les risques et opportunités. Conseiller et mobiliser l’équipe dirigeante. Coordonnerl’expertise technique des équipes internes.
  • Fournir une expertise politique, législative et réglementaire pour soutenir les initiatives de l'entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir le respect des normes réglementaires et faciliter la conformité opérationnelle. Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe communication à l’appui de la stratégie d’influence.
  • Organiser des événements publics permettant de renforcer la contribution de BETCLIC aux enjeux du jeu responsable notamment.

Ce job est fait pour toi si:

  • Issu d’un parcours scolaire en sciences politiques, affaires publiques, droit, tu as déjà endossé le rôle de Directeur/trice des affaires publiques
  • Tu as une expérience solide en affaires publiques, politiques, relations gouvernementales, dans un environnement business complexe et fortement régulé
  • Tu es doté d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, tu as une forte capacité à bâtir un relationnel solide avec tes interlocuteurs et à collaborer avec des personnes à tous les niveaux de l’organisation. Tu es doté de fortes compétences analytiques, d’une forte capacité de synthèse, d’un esprit entrepreneurial et tu souhaitesrejoindre un environnement professionnel challengeant, en forte croissance.
  • Tu as d’excellentes capacités de communication (oral et écrit)
  • Tu saisparfaitement prioriser tes taches, structurer ton travail
  • Tu maitrises impérativement Excel et PowerPoint
  • Et enfin, tu parles anglais couramment

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • Si ta candidature est sélectionnée, tu seras contacté par Etienne sous une semaine pour une préqualification RH (30 minutes)
  • Nous te demanderons ensuite de réaliser le Test AssessFirst (personnalité, motivations et réflexion)
  • Tu rencontreras ensuite Nicolas, CEO puis une partie des membres du COMEX de Betclic.
  • Enfin, Etienne te recevra en entretien final RH et vous débrieferez ensemble ton Test AssessFirst

Afin d’offrir une expérience candidat idéale, le processus de recrutement Betclic dure, en moyenne, 6 à 8 semaines.
