Senior professional (Cadre position C2) responsible for cost management service delivery for real estate projects – from early cost advice to the settlement of the final account.
Settling final accounts.
Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.

Sound cost management experience in major construction projects covering pre-contract and construction / post-contract cost management tasks in France.
~8+ years of professional experience in the construction industry. Excellent knowledge of French construction regulation
~ Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
~ Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts
~ Excellent problem, negotiating, finance and numeracy management skills
~ Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
~ Proficiency in French and English
~ Bac+2 to Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent
Diploma in the field of Construction Economics
