Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead sales in France?Valmet, a global leader in process technologies, automation, and services, is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales France EPS for our Automation Business Line.Location: Nanterre or Bordeaux, FranceReporting to: EPS CSE West DirectorResponsibilities:Drive direct and indirect sales in France for Automation EPSLead the team in Energy, Process, and marine industries.Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.Forecast and develop the sales funnel in the country.Explore business opportunities in the Process Industry and Energy sectors.Knowledge of the Marine industry is a plus.Manage customer relationships, consultative selling, and negotiation.Regular travel within France and occasional international trips for events and trainingMarkets to Focus On:Energy marketsBiofuel & GasLNG & terminalsBiogas/Power to XMarineMain Relationships:Energy, Process & Marine Product Line in Tampere, FinlandProjects department in France & outsideSales team in the West Europe regionLocal service teamsRequirements:Technical background in automation, industrial, or energy engineeringAlternatively, experience in automation systems in Process Industry environmentsProficiency in DCSFluency in French and EnglishProven track record in sales management and deal closing.Experience in oil & gas, biogas, and/or LNG sectorsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-drivenWhat We Offer:Opportunity for growth and development within a global companyDynamic work environment with interesting challengesPermanent contract and interesting packageIf you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, submit your CV by May 30, 2024.
