**Aspire Software is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager for France to join our team**

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager for France for one of our Portfolios in Europe. The primary role of the Sales Manager for France is hunting for new business customers in our transport and logistic software cluster.

**Here is a little window into our company**: Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:

- You are always looking for the next opportunity no matter where you are
- You use social selling tools and the internet to uncover and engage with qualified prospects
- You are visible to our customers and you meet new people, actively contacting and reaching out to prospect new clients
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, support, implementation, and R&D teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- You thrive on the unknown (uncertainty) and are capable of carrying a conversation long enough to schedule an appointment or get the right person to connect to
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor industry and react to news e.g. in your network, from customers, key accounts etc
- You can self-monitor key metrics and hold yourselves accountable to uncovering and working qualified prospects
- Meet sales objectives and key performance measurements

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Software or SaaS B2B sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting targets and goals within a Software or SaaS B2B setting
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions for the transport and logistic market is a plus
- Salesforce experiences is a plus
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to live audience both in person and online
- The ability to learn and listen is essential
- Ability to travel across France and Europe at short notice required
- Fluent in both English and French languages is essential
- Speaking German will be an asset
- Legally authorized to work in France
