Avec la nomination de Gherardo Felloni au poste de directeur créatif des collections de Roger Vivier, la Maison poursuit sa tradition de design visionnaire et de style exceptionnel. Depuis que Gherardo Felloni a pris ses nouvelles fonctions en mars 2018, ce dernier a apporté cette expérience unique à la Maison parisienne d'accessoires de luxe.

The Global Creative Visual Merchandising Manager is part of the Global Visual Merchandising team of Roger Vivier, based at the headquarters in Paris.

The Visual Merchandising department supervises both the VM excellence (training, guidelines, prop’s) and the creative projects such as windows, pop-up, events at a worldwide level.

The Global Creative Manager is leading the creative team and is working under the supervision of the Global Head of Visual Merchandising.

He/she works closely with Visual Merchandising, Studio, Marketing and Commercial teams both from HQ and regions.

His/her main missions are to lead all Visual Merchandising creative projects for Roger Vivier at a worldwide level.

His/her main missions:

  • Scouting trends, best practices, market competition: deep understanding of market trends and the ability to translate these insights into innovative and impactful designs aligned with brand DNA.
  • Embracing the brand DNA & providing creative direction : provide creative direction for the design team, inspiring them to deliver high-quality designs that align with the brand's identity.
  • Managing the design process : oversee the entire creative process from brainstorming to installation. Implement design methodology, processes and standards respecting budget and annual calendar.
  • Building partnership : Identify production partners to reach highest quality standards.
  • Collaborating with the local technical office: work closely to offer the same quality standards overseas (technical development).
  • Supervising local installations: train and follow with the local Technical/VM teams that guidelines to bring the experience to another level.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing & commercial offices to ensure that the design aligns with the overall business strategy and communicate our collection.
  • Collaborating with marketing team: deliver global guidelines to improve client’s experience during events. Accompany brand moments with creative & technical inputs.
  • Collaborating with store design team: follow the store opening and renovation calendar. Contribute into improving the experience in store (store concept development and evolution / new tools development etc.).

Team of 4-6 people.

Scope included windows, pop-up, pop-in, events and special projects.

Your profile:

Skilled Architect and/or Designer with 8+Y of experience in the luxury industry

Strong project management skills

Having demonstrated success as a leader

Having an international mindset, curious for other cultures

  • Software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D software and Office pack)
  • English is compulsory, Chinese/Italian are a plus
