Au sein d’un bureau de Poste, le Risk Manager Qualité (H/F), contribue à la supervision des risques et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de contrôle de la conformité.. Gestion des risques et conformité :
Contrôles sur site :
Effectuer des contrôles réguliers des activités de sous-traitance colis, en veillant au respect des processus définis.
Superviser les opérations de livraison de denrées alimentaires, afin d’assurer leur conformité aux normes de sécurité et d’hygiène en vigueur.
Mener des actions de prévention et de contrôle en matière de lutte contre la corruption, en assurant la sensibilisation et la conformité réglementaire.
Superviser l’utilisation des ressources telles que les véhicules, afin de et prévenir tout abus.
Contribuer activement au programme de supervision et aux audits internes, sous la direction du Risk Manager.
Assurer le suivi et la production des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels des contrôles de conformité, via des tableaux de bord sous Excel.
Permis B souhaité (mobilité : déplacements fréquents en région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes et ponctuellement à Paris)
