Your profile
  • You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have already gained professional experience in the IT environment and in a management position with personnel responsibility
  • Experience with the application of service management processes (ITIL) (perhaps even with certificates) is an advantage
  • You feel confident in Microsoft-based environments, whether on-premise or in the Microsoft 365 cosmos
  • Android, iOS / MacOS are no strangers to you - quite the opposite
  • Your actions are results-oriented, independent and based on entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - other languages are welcome
