Consultant Formateur H/F

Créé en 1980 à Clermont-Ferrand, notre client est devenu le leader en France des ERP, du CRM et de la mobilité destinés aux concessionnaires, distributeurs, loueurs, réparateurs de matériels agricoles, de travaux publics, de BTP, de manutention et levage, de parcs et jardins et d'engins industriels. Il accompagne plus de 600 clients dans la mise en œuvre, le développement et l’évolution de leur système d’information, représentant plus de 18 000 utilisateurs en France et à l'étranger . Les logiciels de Gestion Intégrés et la gamme d'applications mobiles sont devenus des références pour toute la profession et utilisés par des entreprises de toutes tailles, de la TPE/PME jusqu'à des groupes nationaux et internationaux.

Nos clients font appel à de la formations tout au long de la vie de leur entreprise, lors de la mise en place de la solution Mistral, pour approfondir la formation des employés sur certains modules fonctionnels, lorsqu’ils font l’acquisition de nouveaux modules, ou lorsqu’ils souhaitent améliorer leur connaissance du produit pour accroître leur productivité.

Pour poursuivre sa croissance, Mistral recrute des Consultants Formateurs expérimentés.


Vous possédez idéalement de très bonnes connaissances en comptabilité, gestion, une expérience solide de formation, conseil et accompagnement à la mise en œuvre d’un ERP métier évolué, vous avez des bases solides en informatique et vous disposez de réelles qualités pédagogiques et d’une grande capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation à des environnements clients variés.

Après une période de formation poussée à nos logiciels de gestion et de mobilité, vous assurerez la formation et le conseil auprès de nos clients.

Si le lieu d’habitation n’est pas imposé, le poste implique une présence hebdomadaire chez nos clients présents sur la France entière, et votre goût et votre disponibilité pour les déplacements sont indispensables.

Rémunération : en plus du Fixe + Primes motivants, vous disposez d’une Voiture de fonction et des équipement IT haute de gamme : ordinateur portable, tel mobile, tablette…, ainsi que le défraiement correspondant aux frais de déplacement.
