ALSO est l’un des principaux fournisseurs de technologies pour l’industrie des TIC actuellement actif dans 30 pays d’Europe et dans un total de 90 pays à travers le monde via des partenaires PaaS. En 2020, le chiffre d’affaires net de l’entreprise basée en Suisse, qui emploie environ 4000 personnes, s’est élevé à 11,9 milliards d’euros. L’écosystème ALSO offre environ 110 000 revendeurs de matériel, de logiciels et de services informatiques de plus de 700 fournisseurs dans plus de 1340 catégories de produits.

La division approvisionnement comprend la gamme transactionnelle de matériel et de logiciels. La division Solutions accompagne les clients dans le développement de solutions informatiques personnalisées. Les offres cloud par abonnement ainsi que les plateformes de cybersécurité, de virtualisation et d’IA sont au centre du domaine des services.

L’ACCI Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) est un marché à guichet unique qui réunit des fournisseurs de logiciels indépendants et des fournisseurs de logiciels indépendants (ISV) avec des milliers de revendeurs et leurs clients finaux. Cette plateforme, complète, offre aux revendeurs une gamme de services de ventes, reporting, provisioning, facturation, autoprotection et support, ce qui rend rapide et facile pour eux de choisir parmi un vaste portefeuille de milliers de logiciels et de services cloud et de les vendre à leurs clients finaux. Ces éditeurs de logiciels par abonnement ont leur offre localisée disponible à travers l’Europe, au service d’un éventail de verticales, créant ainsi de la valeur pour les revendeurs pour regrouper les possibilités d’accroître la facilité d’utilisation pour leurs clients.
Développement des ventes de services Cloud via la marketplace Also (CA, nombre de revendeurs…),
· S’assurer de la satisfaction clients et de la bonne gestion des litiges avec l’équipe support (local et centralisée),
· Analyse et développement des offres Cloud
· Animation de formation, webinaires et workshops,
Formation Bac+2 minimum à dominante commerciale,
· Compétences dans Microsoft Office (MS Excel en particulier),
· SAP, Power BI et CRM appréciés,
· Maîtrise de Français et d’anglais.
