As a Retail Excellence Intern, you will support the Retail Excellence team in driving initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with the Maison's luxury standards. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and strategic environment within the luxury retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
Assist in the implementation of retail projects, such as process optimization, clienteling tools, and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., retail, training, merchandising, image, architecture) to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and create project status updates.
Market Research
Benchmark best practices in the luxury retail sector.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform retail strategies.
Communication and Coordination
Prepare presentations and documents for meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between the Retail Excellence team and boutiques to ensure consistent communication.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze retail performance data (e.g., sales, KPIs, CRM metrics).
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor store performance.
Identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Tools
Support the rollout and training of store teams on new tools and processes.
Gather feedback from boutiques to improve training materials.
Skills & Attributes
Education and Background:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous Experience:
Initial experience in retail, client services, or luxury (e.g., internship, part-time job, or project).
Exposure to data analysis or project management is a strong plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [required languages, e.g., English and French].
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Personal Attributes:

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
