As the UX Lead at Rexel Group, you will lead an international team of UX/UI designers based in Paris and Dallas. You will play a key role in defining and implementing the Group's global UX strategy, aiming to improve the user experience across all shared products, used in multiple countries and by various customers.

You will be responsible for driving UX initiatives from the discovery phase, including user research and organizing collaborative workshops, through to the delivery of solutions in production. This role also involves close collaboration with Product Managers to define digital solution roadmaps, leveraging a wide range of data and team expertise to ensure the best impact on customer journeys.

You will play a key role in designing a CX based on a strong customer and data-driven approach, and innovation.


Delivery Strategy, Management, and Optimization : Develop and execute a UX/UI delivery strategy focused on quality and performance, ensuring efficient and timely product releases. Monitor key UX KPIs and work with the analytics and product teams to define and analyze the A/B tests and data to continuously optimize the user experience.
Leadership and Team Management : Provide strategic direction to the UX/UI team, fostering innovation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the team’s growth and cohesion. Oversee the discovery phase, including deep user research and the organization of collaborative workshops with stakeholders, transforming user insights into actionable UX solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with the countries digital teams, Product teams, Tech teams and external teams to ensure UX solutions are aligned with long-term business objectives.
Design Operations : Optimize the Design System, tools, and processes at scale, while enhancing user testing efforts to support the evolution of these systems as projects grow in complexity.


Anchor structuring tools and methodologies (design system, design thinking, user testing, etc.)
Be at the heart of our digital business transformation program (ecommerce, app., ...)
Monitor the latest UX trends and incorporate technological innovations into development processes to maintain competitiveness and deliver a top-tier user experience.


At least 10 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 3 years in a direct management role.
Proven expertise in eCommerce product development, ideally in a B2B environment and in an international context.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a UX community.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a strategic vision.
Proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, and familiarity with project management tools (Jira is a plus).
