As a Simulation Engineer with expertise in data engineering, you will:
- Collect and manage test vectors realized by our client (OEM).
- Analyze and clean data to ensure quality and integrity.
- Structure data in a well-organized database.
- Document data and associated metadata for easy access and understanding.
- Validate the database with key users to ensure it meets requirements.
- Select simulation tools (e.g., CarMaker, Matlab) and configure initial simulation models.
- Create test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Execute and validate simulation scenarios to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Optimize and adjust simulation models for improved performance.
- Collaborate with end-users to design user interfaces (UI) for simulation apps.
- Conduct usability tests and iterate based on feedback.
- Write user documentation to guide end-users.
- Train users and provide initial support to ensure smooth operation.
- Draft detailed integration guides for future improvements.

You Have
- Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as Matlab, Canape, Dspace, and CarMaker.
- Experience with automotive systems including ADAS and chassis systems.
- Knowledge of data structuring and SQL for database management.
- Skills in data cleaning and analysis to ensure high data quality.
- Experience in documenting technical processes and user guides.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in designing and developing UI and front-end development (Matlab GUI, Qt, HTML, CSS …).
- Skills in user testing and feedback iteration to improve usability.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
- Fluent in English; a good level of French will be highly regarded.
