Filiale française d’un Groupe industriel international spécialisé dans les solutions de process thermiques industriels recherche un Project Leader / Responsable Opérations.

Rattaché au Managing Director France, vous avez pour principales missions de définir et développer des standards (qualité, coûts, performances) ; d’apporter un support technique à l’équipe commerciale en avant-projet (définition des solutions, support en clientèle, analyse faisabilité, ..) et d’animer les équipe techniques (électricité/automatisme, chargés d’affaires et bureau d’études) en vue d’assurer les réalisations dans le respect des contrats et de la politique définie par la Direction (délais, qualité, performances, sécurité ..).

De formation type Ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans sur une fonction similaire ou dans la conception, réalisation, installation et mise en service de process et équipements thermiques industriels.

Outre d’indispensables qualités humaines (crédibilité, engagement, leadership, écoute, diplomatie, sens de la négociation et de la communication, ..), vous devez également - pour réussir pleinement dans ce poste - faire preuve de réelles qualités d’animateur, de hauteur de vue, de capacités d’analyse et de réflexion, d’anticipation et d’une grande fiabilité.

Organisé et rigoureux, vous avez le sens des priorités et être rompu à la gestion de projets. Votre compréhension technique vous permet d’être à l’aise dans un rôle de pilotage transverse multi-services et multi-projets.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable à ce poste.
