Needs
- support the leadership team in defining and communicating the IT Strategy and Business Platform master plan (vision portfolio, roadmap, progress and value)
- lead transversal activities of the team and follow the execution of the action plans
- define budget and follow-up
- lead key projects withing the IT Strategy and Business Platform team
Missions
- Formalise the portfolio of solutions and their value propositions, on a range of Business areas
- Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Business Advisory teams and group regions teams to define their deployment roadmaps
- Ensure platform delivery roadmaps are aligned to deliver the value proposition
- Prepare and participate to the key decision bodies to ensure that short and mid-term priorities and delivery plans are aligned
- Drive transversal projects like quality improvement, ad-hoc studies, special projects, innovation, relationship with key suppliers
- Secure the transversal communication in the team on the vision and understanding of the priorities and progress

Skills
experience in strategy consulting firm (SM strat) or PMO role into large corporate organizations
Proven track record on communication of IT Master Plans
Expertise and proven success on managing transformation program and managing budgets
Expertise on agile methodologies, product management and value management
