Job Title: Business Development and Marketing Manager Location: A premier global law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their Paris office. Pitch and Proposal Management: Lead the creation of persuasive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, working closely with fee earners to showcase the firm’s expertise.
Market Research: Conduct detailed research on potential clients, market trends, and competitors, providing insights to support business development efforts.
Public Relations: Work with PR teams and fee earners to ensure that key case and deal announcements are strategically communicated.
Partner with marketing teams across offices to drive initiatives that align with the firm’s industry and practice group strategies.
Assist in onboarding new lawyers, helping them integrate into the firm and positioning them for business development success.
Translate and proofread marketing materials between French and English as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for all business development and marketing-related queries in the Paris and Brussels offices.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Extensive experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
Strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive, flexible mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases.
