About the Company FUTRUS is a leading one-stop solution provider for rooftop solar business. Established in October 2016, FUTRUS has established a complete system integrating R&D, marketing, sales, engineering, after-sale service, and intelligent O&M into one body, and boasting a digital and omni-channel ecological network. Develop and manage relationships with key accounts;
Performance monitoring: you keep sales performance indicators up to date, analyzing your results to adjust your strategy and identify levers for progress. Numerical control is crucial to optimizing sales, anticipating risks and ensuring project profitability;
Cross-departmental collaboration: you work in close coordination with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) to ensure effective sales management and customer satisfaction;
Competitive intelligence: you keep abreast of trends in the energy market and the competition to adjust your sales actions and identify new opportunities;
Risk management: you assess the risks associated with customers' energy consumption and ensure the financial soundness of your contracts.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, etc;
At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries, such as new energy and solar energy;
Significant experience in project management and business development skills;
Mastery of IT and project management tools;
