The Controlling Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for our public sector clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of financial analysts responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for public sector clients.Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.Coordinate with department heads to gather input for budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of controlling processes.Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting, Sales, and Operations, to support cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.More than 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling roles, preferably in a multinational corporation or professional services firm.Proven track record of driving financial performance through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead and develop a team of financial professionals.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a global organization.Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diversity and innovation.Access to cutting-edge technologies and resources to support your professional development.Application Process: To apply for the position of Controlling Manager at Atos, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and relevant experience.
