Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Relationship Partner to support the Project Manager in software development activities focused on operational safety. The ideal candidate will manage level 1 client requests, monitor project performance KPIs, and provide exceptional end-user support while ensuring effective reporting and communication. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to level 1 requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Retrieve, analyse, and update project performance KPIs.
- Ensure accurate reporting and communication of project results.
- Provide top-tier end-user support and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Key Activities:
- Daily follow-up on client requests.
- Ad hoc updates of KPIs and project reporting.
Deliverables:
- Professional email correspondence.
- Power BI Dashboards to monitor project performance.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with rigor, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support and business relationship management.
