Digital Project Manager - Pharma - Remote - 6 months contract
We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead the decommissioning of scientific solutions within a global pharmaceutical environment. This role involves coordinating the archiving and decommissioning of legacy systems while ensuring seamless access to archived data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in French and English.
Activities:
- Define user requirements about archiving expectations for each solution.
- Coordinate actions with Keep IT (local archiving system) to secure archiving of Chembase & Kalabie data.
- Coordinate action with AIMS for infrastructure decommissioning.
- Document the new ways to access archive data.
- Support other projects or studies to support MSAT activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage digital projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
- Analyse client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables.
- Analytical capacities and ability to present complex information clearly.
- Project in both French and English.
- In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies.
- Experience in managing digital projects.
