As Marketing Associate for Europe, you will support the team to set, drive and ensure implementation of the marketing strategy with a primary focus on - but not limited to - supporting the marketing activities relating to our growth strategy in the Fine Art & Private Clients line of business.DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Activities specific to the Fine Art & Private Clients line of business: • Support the regional Head of Art Expertise on request by creating the adequate marketing materials to strengthen brand awareness and market reputation for the fine art & private clients segment for APAC & Europe• Support in the project management of marketing events relating to AXA XL sponsorships of global art fairs covering all the components of event management (organization of client and broker receptions, budget management, coordination with external suppliers and partners to make out the most of our sponsorship agreements, management of the internal procurement and invoicing process)• Provide ad hoc support to AXA XL Fine Art & Private Clients teams at country level to organize art eventsActivities for all P&C and Specialty commercial lines of business• Support the Europe Marketing Managers and Creative Director APAC & Europe on all the marketing activities for the Region: o Development of relevant marketing materials and tone of voice (corporate presentations, brochures, talking points, etc) in agreement with our business strategy and client value propositiono Project management of events relating to insurance sponsorships o Data collection and updates of budgets, management of invoices and taking sponsorship contracts through the internal procurement process• This position requires to work in close collaboration and alignment with, the Europe Communications Director, APAC C&M Director and Country C&M managers and their teams to ensure aligned messaging, timing, and effectiveness of C&M activities leveraging and transferring existing best practicesYou will have a direct reporting line to the APAC & Europe Head of Client Management and Marketing Director Europe. QualificationsSHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:• Art related background as well as experience in event management in the Art industry a strong plus• Excellent project management and event management skills • Ability to approach tasks proactively, anticipate needs, think quickly, and have the flexibility to (re)prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality/attention to details• Quantitative skills to manage simple Excel spreadsheets relating to budgets and invoices and collecting, consolidating and interpreting data relating to marketing activities• Ability to navigate in a matrix organization and collaborating with a virtual team across multiple geographies and cultures • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ; mastering another language is an advantageFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
