Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Huningue, France. As an integral part of the IT team, you will provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and resolve tickets via the helpdesk system.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
Assist in IT-related projects and upgrades.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Industry certifications (eg, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
