Le Site de Valeo basé à Bobigny (93) est le siège de la Division Valeo Light. Ce centre de Recherche & Développement regroupe 520 collaborateurs autour de la conception de systèmes d'éclairage (projecteurs, feux arrières, éclairage intérieur, etc).

Nous recrutons un/une EMC Electronics Development Manager. Vous assurez la bonne conduite des projets à l'international et occupez un rôle clé et central au sein du réseau CEM de la division.

Vos Responsabilités :
  • Manager hiérarchiquement une équipe de Team Leaders et Designers CEM : entretiens annuels, gestion de carrière, développement des compétences, recrutement, ...
  • Définir le budget nécessaire pour le développement des projets dès la phase de RFQ.
  • Identifier les risques potentiels sur le schéma et garantir la robustesse du design selon les exigences clients.
  • Répartir les membres de votre équipe dans les différents projets et soutenir l'équipe Projet dans la gestion des priorités.
  • Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des standards, méthodes et outils nécessaires au bon traitement des projets et des technologies en relation avec le réseau CEM.
  • Contribuer au déploiement des processus au travers des revues de schéma, de routage et d'intégration mécatronique
À propos de vous :
  • De formation niveau Bac+5 ou plus (Ingénieur, Master, Doctorat) en Compatibilité Électromagnétique ou Électronique, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 7 ans minimum.
  • Vous avez développé des compétences en design électronique / CEM et management d'équipe (fonctionnel ou hiérarchique).
  • Au vu de l'exposition à l'international du poste, la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative.
  • Des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir au niveau national et international.
