our client has continuously serviced and catered to the business needs of international trade through a strong network of worldwide partners.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the sea freight logistics strategy for the European market, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead and motivate a team of sea freight professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Regularly analyze data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Good written communication skills in French and English Language, and attention to detail.
• A working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in handling MS office tools
• Confident presentation skills (or a willingness to develop these skills)
