To realize this vision, we focus on seamlessly integrating hybrid technologies with existing boat propulsion systems, making the transition smooth and efficient for the current fleet. Our flagship product is a swiveling and retractable electric rim-drive motor, compatible with most marine batteries, offering unparalleled versatility and performance.

Your job 🚀

The ideal candidate will take charge of our financial strategy, planning, and analysis, while overseeing financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Working closely with the CEO and the executive team, this role involves making strategic decisions that shape the financial future and operations of the company.

We are looking for someone with a robust background in finance and management, ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment.

Management of a team of 3 people

Finance

  • Management of the Business Plan, Budget, and Budget Updates
  • Recommendations for the evolution of the company’s business model
  • Implementation of indicators to improve profitability
  • Commercial support (pricing, banking tools, etc.)
  • Fundraising
  • Participation in potential future capital raises
  • Reporting to the president and major shareholders

Accounting

  • Implementation of analytical accounting
  • Analysis of industrial flows
  • Monitoring of R&D expenses (Capitalization and Research Tax Credit)
  • Establishment of internal control procedures
  • Liaison with auditors

Treasury

  • Weekly monitoring
  • External financing of the company and its working capital requirements
  • Management of foreign exchange operations
  • Taxation
  • Overhaul of tax declarations

Human Resources

  • Implementation of a Works Council (CSE)
  • Negotiation of collective agreements
  • Implementation of internal mobility programs
  • Development of internal and external skill plans
  • Supervision of semi-annual review campaigns
  • Establishment of HR charters
  • Supervision and compliance of payroll, compensation policy
  • Implementation of HR KPIs and Gender Equality Index
  • Monitoring of CSR topics
  • Actions to develop and enhance employer brand and corporate culture

Corporate and Commercial Legal

  • Monitoring of capital increases, general meetings, bylaws, shareholders’ agreements, establishments, and subsidiaries
  • Management of trademarks and patents

  • Overhaul of company standards
  • Assistance in contract negotiations
  • Monitoring of confidentiality agreements
  • Handling employee and company litigation
  • Administrative management of the company (insurance, real estate, vehicle fleet, etc.)

Job Specifications:

Desired Start Date: As soon as possible

Nature of the Position: Full-time permanent contract (CDI), 38h/weekly

Location: Arcachon (33120), France

Salary: Depending on experience, starting from €80,000
