Au sein d’une société affiliée du groupe CHANEL, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Head of Finance afin d’accompagner la Direction Générale sur la structuration du business model et le pilotage financier des activités de la société.

1. Vous participez pleinement au développement de l’activité :

· Vous travaillez à l’élaboration du  business plan à 5 ans, et monitorez sa montée en puissance. Vous participez aux phases de test & learn aux côtés des opérationnels pour ajuster les paramètres de l’équation économique de la société (travaux sur les prix de revient de nouveaux procédés, sur la tarification de nouveaux services)

· Vous agissez en partenaire de l’équipe opérationnelle sur l’ensemble des problématiques finance – pour cela vous établissez le lien avec les fonctions comptables et juridiques transverses.

· Vous recherchez les  synergies et le partage de bonnes pratiques avec d’autres entités du Groupe CHANEL (marchés, autres entités du Groupe)

2. Vous êtes garant de la qualité de l’information financière :

· Vous construisez l’information financière pour les grands  cycles budgétaires et pour la  clôture annuelle et trimestrielle , puis vous assurez les dans leurs soumissions dans les outils de reporting du groupe (TM1, HFM).

· Vous mettez en place un  reporting mensuel , en particulier le suivi du CA et de quelques KPIs clé

· Vous travaillez à la  mise en place d’un contrôle de gestion analytique

Vous vous assurez de  l’appropriation de l’information financière par le management de l'entité.

3. Vous êtes acteur au quotidien pour garantir le suivi financier opérationnel des entités (relation fournisseurs, relation client, formation aux principes de gestion auprès des collaborateurs opérationnels, etc.)

4. Vous créez un vrai partenariat avec les équipes business en leur apportant un support pour la construction et le suivi de KPIs de performance, la co-construction d’analyse et de recommandations opérationnelles et la remontée des KPIs environnementaux des entités au groupe.

Votre profil :

· De formation BAC +5, vous possédez une expérience de 7/10 ans en contrôle de gestion. Vous avez évolué dans un contexte industriel/de production et avez été intégré pleinement dans la conduite de nouveaux projets. Idéalement vous avez eu une expérience en environnement en forte croissance / start-up, et/ ou une expérience dans une filière liée au développement durable, qui vous permet de maitriser les outils de mesure de la transformation durable des entreprises.

· Vous êtes curieux et pragmatique. Vous avez de l’appétence à la fois pour l’analytique et pour la planification stratégique.

· Communiquant, vous savez vous  adapter à des interlocuteurs variés et faire preuve de  pédagogie .

· Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de Powerpoint et d’Excel, y compris dans leurs fonctions avancées. La connaissance pratique d’un ERP serait un atout.

· La maitrise de l’ anglais , à l’oral et à l’écrit, est indispensable. L’italien serait un plus.
