Role Overview:

As the Category Manager for HR and Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing these critical categories at the Global level. Your primary mission is to foster innovation, uphold ethical procurement practices, and advocate for sustainability initiatives. By doing so, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's competitiveness and promoting responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for HR and Professional Services categories.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with category strategies.
  • Champion ethical procurement practices and sustainability initiatives within the organization.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost savings.
