Responsabilités: - Comprendre les besoins et contraintes du Game Design, du moteur et des plateformes. - Définir les contraintes techniques relatives aux personnages et aux objets animés. - Intégrer les ressources dans le moteur et assurer le respect des contraintes et le suivi des performances. - Créer des rigs avancés et skinner les personnages, créatures et assemblages d'objets. - Scripter et maintenir des outils pour améliorer le pipeline de rig et d'animation en accord avec les besoins du projet. - Aider les animateurs à résoudre leurs problèmes techniques. - Configurer les ragdolls et cloth. - Collaborer et partager ses acquis sur les dernières technologies avec les autres artistes techniques du studio. Compétences requises - Maitrise de Maya et du Python/Mel. - Compétences avancées en rigging et déformation (Body/Facial). - Bonne capacité à communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit. - Faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe, d'autonomie et d'organisation. - Savoir trouver l'équilibre entre l'esthétique, la complexité technique et l'ergonomie. - Notion de MotionBuilder.
