Tasks
- In your new role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project-specific data exchange in collaboration with internal and external customers as well as creating editorial content and technical documentation
- Thanks to your expertise, you will also be responsible for optimizing existing documentation
- You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining document templates and creating training materials
- It's not just our customers who notice that you're a professional, but also your colleagues from Software Development, with whom you work closely
Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification and ideally further training with a focus on technical editing
- Ideally initial professional experience in the field of technical documentation and an affinity for editorial work (capturing, structuring and describing)
- Knowledge of the broadcast industry would be ideal, but is not a must
- A confident use of common authoring tools, MS Office applications and a good command of German and English
- Personally? With good teamwork skills and an independent and structured way of working, you are the perfect addition to our team
